The service

Eduvella provides school-management software as a hosted service. By signing your school up, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. Maintain the confidentiality of your password. Promptly notify us of any suspected breach.

Your data

You retain ownership of all records you enter. We process them on your behalf as described in our privacy notice. You can export a copy at any time and delete the tenant on request.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to upload illegal content, infringe anyone's rights, attempt to break the service, or expose student data to unauthorised parties.

Tiers and payment

Pricing follows the plan you select. We can change pricing on 30 days' notice. Non-payment leads to a grace period and then suspension; see the in-product banner for the current status.

Termination

Either party can terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. On termination, your data export is available for 30 days, after which records are deleted.

Liability

Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
